The Smoked Duck Vol-au-Vent was absolutely delicious! The pastry was light, crisp and beautifully flaky, while the smoked duck filling was flavourful and satisfying without being too heavy. I really enjoyed the combination of textures and the savoury, slightly smoky taste and little sweet from the nuts(i think) on top.
Everything came together really well, and it was definitely one of the highlights of the meal. Would happily order this again!
The vol-au-ventshells were crispy and deliciously buttery and the smoked duck tasted really good. Will definitely order again.
