What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Do you do same day Shipping?

We do same-day shipping provided you place your order before 12 noon on that day.



Are your products Halal?

Yes our products are Halal, we source all our ingredients from Halal certified vendors however we do not own a Halal Certificate.

How should I store my pastries?

All pastries should be kept refrigerated and best enjoyed on the day of purchase.

We endeavor to deliver the freshest of the products and cannot be held responsible for the condition of our products after they have been delivered due to the fact that we are not in control of the way in which they are stored, or the conditions they are exposed to after they have been delivered. We do not accept any returns on food items.



Can I order today and get it the day itself or the day after?

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. Please whatsapp 017-5746476 for further assistance.


Do you deliver to all parts of Malaysia? What are the charges?

We currently only deliver to all areas in Klang Valley and Selangor.  Delivery charge ranges from RM10 to RM80 depending on distance from our store.

Should delivery be attempted to the specified shipping address and no one happens to be present at the time of delivery nor respond to the calls or messages, an additional re-delivery fee will be charged depending on location.

We have partnered with Lalamove and Just Deliver It for all our deliveries and fees are charged based on Lalamove recommended rate, calculated at the point of check out from our store. Delivery times are from:

11 am to 5 pm (Tuesdays to Saturdays) 

11 am to 1 pm (Sundays).

Closed on Mondays and major Public Holidays.

While every effort is made to deliver per your preferred slot/timing, we shall not be held liable for delays due to the recipient not around and forces beyond our control, such as availability of drivers, traffic conditions, weather conditions, etc.
