1.  Ingredients

Our products are made using premium ingredients imported from France, Belgium, New Zealand. We do not use any artificial flavorings or preservatives and all flavourings are derived from natural products.

All other ingredients used are purchased from halal certified baking supply stores.

2. How should I store my pastries?

All pastries should be kept refrigerated and best enjoyed on the day of purchase. 

We endeavor to deliver the freshest of the products and cannot be held responsible for the condition of our products after they have been delivered due to the fact that we are not in control of the way in which they are stored, or the conditions they are exposed to after they have been delivered.  We do not accept any returns on food items.

3. Can I customize the puzzle cookie?

Yes, you can contact us and send in your desired design. Delivery date may vary depending on the complexity of design and an additional fee of RM10 will be charged for such customization. The additional fee may vary upwards if the design is found to be very complex.

​4. Can i pick and choose the pastries in the Pastry box ? 

We do not have this service just yet. However, we would appreciate it if you could contact us to express your interest and ideas on how we can cater to your needs.

5. What if I have food allergies?

Most if not all of our products contain ingredients such as nuts, soy, wheat, dairy and gluten products. If you have any food allergy, we strongly urge you to seek medical advice before consuming our products. 

6. Do you have a retail store?

We do not have a retail store at this moment, all our products are freshly baked in our kitchen and delivered right to your doorstep. 

7. Do you deliver to all parts of Malaysia? 

We currently only deliver to all areas in Klang Valley and Selangor. It is our target to cover more areas in Malaysia, so stay tuned !

8. How much is the delivery charges?

Delivery charge ranges from RM10 to RM40.

Should delivery be attempted to the specified shipping address and no one happens to be present at the time of delivery nor respond to the calls or messages, an additional re-delivery fee will be charge depending on location.
