I strongly recommend everyone to try this refreshing dessert. The fruits used are extremely fresh. The slightly sweet fruit pieces enhance the smoothness of the light custard cream. The base is a bit hard so you will need to use a sharp knife if you want to cut the tart into several pieces. The dessert should be enjoyed immediately after arrival since the custard cream melts easily at room temperature. Another round of applause to the patissiers and patissiere at Little Black Pastry Box.
