This 8 inch mousse cake is composed of layer of strawberry bavarois with mixed berries compote and an airy chiffon sponge wrapped around a layer of light coconut mousse, placed on top of a crunchy coconut sable. Unique & delicious

The cake is light & easy, the mixed berries compote was sour which made the cake refreshing. The design is pleasing to the eyes as well which is a bonus! It vanished really quickly because everyone enjoyed it. I highly recommend if you're looking for something different & delicious.
