Our jewellery inspired artisanal cake has been so popular during mother’s day, we decided to maintain Rose Gold & Jade as our featured product.
This 8 inch mousse cake is composed of layer of strawberry bavarois with mixed berries compote and an airy chiffon sponge wrapped around a layer of light coconut mousse, placed on top of a crunchy coconut sable. The combination of different textures and flavours create a delightful and refreshing experience.

A little downside is the given plastic knife, unable to cut through the coconut sable base.
