Iranian saffron marzipan, with candied orange, slowly crystallized in
sugar syrup. (x2)

Honey marzipan mixed with desiccated coconut and covered with white chocolate
and vanilla beans from Tahiti. (x3)

La pistache et le Gingembre
Pistachio marzipan, mixed with candied ginger and covered with green color
chocolate and garnished with roasted pistachios and candied ginger. (x2)

La Noisette et le grand Cru
Hazelnut paste mixed with crispy crepes and chocolate and covered with
Valrhona chocolate 64% and decorated with caramelized hazelnuts. (x2)

Le caramel et La Cacahuète
Salted caramel mixed with chopped peanuts and covered with milk chocolate
and garnished with roasted peanuts. (x2)

La Noix cristallisée
Roasted walnuts from US with honey marzipan, slowly crystallized in
sugar syrup. (x2)

Le praline de Sesame
Caramelized sesame praline mixed with chocolate and covered with milk chocolate
and garnished with roasted sesame seeds. (x2)

L’ amande et la Rose
Home-made rose flavored marzipan with roasted almonds and slowly crystallized
in sugar syrup. Garnished with dried rose petal. (x2)
