Our Belief
While the basic origins of pastry can be traced back to ancient Mediterranean civilisations, it is in France that the desserts and pastries were perfected and was set the gold standard. The French have a way of combining different layers of flavours with a variety of textures and making them taste deliciously balanced.
Today, the term ‘patisserie’ remains a legally controlled title in France and Belgium that may only be used by pastry shops that employ a licensed “maître pâtissier” (master pastry chef). We, at Little Black Pastry Box’s kitchen studio are blessed to have Monsieur Jean-Francois Arnaud, a recipient of “Un Des Meilleur Ouvrier de France – MOF 2000 (Confiserie Patisserie)” (One of the Best Craftsmen of France) as our mentor to lead a team of chefs to curate the most authentic and unforgettable Parisian treats for you and your loved ones.
Our Concept
Our concept is just like your little black dress where every woman has hidden somewhere in the depths of their closet for the moment when it matters most. This simple yet seductive dress is what gets women through literally any occasion in life, be it a first date or as mood enhancer. And just like that little black dress, our Little Black Pastry Boxes will carry you through any occasion in life be it for personal indulgence or as a snazzy gift to a friend, acquaintance or even a stranger. These boxes are specially curated with artisan hand-crafted desserts & pastries made fresh with love and strictly adhering to the French philosophy of perfection…perfect for that sinful guilty pleasure which everyone should have stashed in that secret fridge compartment at home. Suitable for any occasion, this Little Black Pastry Box will never disappoint and the first taste of which will instantly transport your senses to sitting in a café in Champ Elysees shaded by chestnut trees enjoying your memorable French dessert.
Our Service
We aim to provide a hassle-free online ordering service to pastry connoisseurs in KL, PJ or Klang. Skip all that traffic and place your orders just 4 hours from when you want your curated box, and we’ll deliver it during that time frame that is most convenient to you. However, certain masterpieces in our collection will consume more time than the others to create and will take longer to prepare in which case they will require a longer lead time.
